hey i'm ryan & looking for a team as an open scout and maybe low im.
I don't have any experience besides tryouts and pugs.
I can scrim every night [preferably given a notice but if not thats okay too]

I also realize that it is the middle of the season and i doubt there are teams that are looking for a scout, but my fingers are crossed that the right team finds me. I like teams that are relatively quiet and have a passion to win.

If you have no experience besides tryouts or pugs I don't think you should be looking for a low IM team in ESEA just yet son.

He's trialed for me before. Believe it or not, he's only about one season from being low IM.

He needs to improve his positional awareness in order to take the next step. I think he'd pick that up by spending one season on a high open team.

My recommendation to this guy is that he should sharpen his DM over the next month or so, and apply for a playoff Open team in the coming offseason. He has a very good attitude which will endear him to a lot of team captains out there.
