Not exactly sure if it's the right place to ask but can anyone recommend a good office chair? I've had mine for about a year but its starting to fall apart, makes a lot of noise, and sinks. My budget is about 120$. Thanks to all who respond.

Get the "Harrington" from Office Depot. It's super comfortable and it's right around $100

If you want one where the back doesn't break after like 4 months and that doesn't cost 5 billion dollars, you might look into a good task chair

What are you doing on that chair? I've been using the same 80$ chair for past 6 years.

I read about it online before I got it and people said that it fell apart after about a year and I was thinking "Naaaah that would never happen to me."

I got one of these and it's been pretty comfy. Only problem is that it doesn't lean back much.

If you're close to an IKEA I would definitely go to their store and browse though.

If you're talking about my dick your estimate is actually pretty close. But I'm 6' 190 pounds.

Do you have a separate chair for your dick?

Ya, have to strap it down or else it flips the table in my face when I'm watching a porno or a big play in tf2.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B009NRETC6/ref=ya_aw_oh_pit

Although the price is a bit high, I got this for about $160 on sale. Amazon's prices tend to fluctuate. I use this at college and it's a very comfortable chair; it helped a lot after I injured my back.

I find that ones with a wide back, although very comfy, can get in the way of arm movements when gaming. Especially I try to aim down. I pull my arm back to look down, and my elbow bumps into the chair's backrest and stops.

I want dat comfy, but I needs dat arm movement.

I weigh 160 and I've been using the same chair for over 3 years, and I bought it a garage sale for $5. I'll admit it's been getting a bit more uncomfortable, but it still works great... It doesn't feel as bad to warrant a very expensive purchase.

DX Racer is the best, that is if you want to drop 300$ for it. I don't have one myself but I've heard they're worth every penny.

Just go to any office store (Office Depot, Office Max, etc). Sit on lots of them. You can find good ones pretty cheap (<$100). I got a nice chair that I love for $60. Just don't get cheap chairs from Target or Wal-Mart. I was using a $20 office chair for a while, but the bolt that held it together sheared off partway through a scrim. That was a fun time.

IKEA has great stuff for cheap prices, and you can try it out in the store most of the time.

Just remember that product quality is directly tied to the number of consecutive consonants in the name. Or your engineering skills. Not sure which.
