for whatever reason they removed it. there was a thing about the buy button shutting down but what actually happened was google checkout was merged into google wallet, the actual API for it works fine and i use it all the time on other websites without problems

It could be because ESEA also ships out actual goods and not just premium and league fees (they have a Marketplace which sells electronic goods)
