Can't connect to a certain IP range

Hey,

We have received a server from our sponsor and one of my teammates can't join it for some reason.

So far, we figured out that he can't join ANY of the servers (not even the public servers) with their IP starting with 176.57.xx.xx (located in Frankfurt). I think all the other servers outside that IP range just work fine, even those in Frankfurt, but with other IP.

He tried reinstalling his network driver, opening ports, removing his router from the network, and tons of other things but none of them helped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What exactly happens when he attempts to connect? Or does the server just not exist for him?

Sorry, I was dumb and forgot to describe the error itself. The loading stops at 'Parsing game info' when he's trying to connect.

Edit: He has a Qualcomm Atheros onboard network adapter, while his brother has a Realtek and everything is fine for him. Hope that helps.
