Hi, I'm duke from we kings now, we just finished our first season of ESEA 10-6 and dropped out of playoffs after two matches. Our scout pair of Jerr0 and GrieVe have decided to take a break from tf2 so we're looking for two new scouts to fill in their spots on the team (and in my heart).
We want nice, friendly high open scouts who could stay with us for multiple seasons. Strong DM, knowing how to work with a team, and ESEA experience are musts. If you rage, are passive aggressive, or can't give and receive constructive criticism, it won't be a good fit. We're really focused on improving together, so we're looking for good dedication and someone who cares about getting better. We might be moved up to IM, and with the right guys we could definitely hold our own.

-dedication to improving with the team
-ability to give and recieve constructive criticism
-good DM and above average gamesense

I think this is a really fun and laid back team that has a lot of potential and could really go far with the right scouts and I'm not just saying that because I'm on the team and also the best one.

Only reason this team didn't go farther into the playoffs is because I am terrible at Scout and held them back. drduke/dan are secretly one of the best pocket/demo combos in Open, it was just their first season playing ESEA and so nobody knows it yet. Entire team though is really smart and understands their role and how to play the game. Extremely fun group to be around. Get the team a good Scout pair for next season and they probably top8 Open ezpz.

I have to give good rep to these guys, I tried out with sauce and the whole experience was good, they are all friendly and polite, great DM and knowledge. Their medic loves to buff the scouts and take them in on pushes. Expect a lot from them.
