I actually like it a lot. Its the first hud I've seen that mimics the default minimal tf2 hud.

just put it on modified hud thread, hud's from scratch deserve the actual name of the person, so modified oxide hud :p

Is right. The HUD isn't bad, it's just not to my (and most people's, I'm assuming) preference.

The numbers are a bit tiny and I personally don't care for the health cross.

considering how every hud made and released these days is basically a copy or compilation of broeselhud/pvhud and the like this is probably just as original and unique as the rest of them.
