Did several tests in the past weeks, always the same results:
~67 ms ping, 88 % packet loss & ~10 ms jitter
I have 6k and LAN. My internet got also resetted by my provider already.
Note: My provider owns the whole cabling in germany and is the most popular one. (Telekom)
Is this just complete bullshit or what could be the issue?

It's complete bullshit because they have the entire cable system in their pocket.
Not sure about the actual internet itself, though.
