Issues with streaming

Hello guys

I used to stream TF2 without any noticeable lag/stutters before I stopped streaming for a while. Yesterday I started OBS again, updated it and tried playing a few jump maps and MGE. It was like night and day. So much jittering which severly affected my aim. I can not figure out what it is. Are my old settings not optimal anymore? Anyway, I'm just gonna list all my hardware, settings and stuff.

The ingame frame rate stays constantly at 264. But it feels like it constantly drops down to 50 or something. Which gives me a huge headache. :D

The only hardware difference is that I upgraded the graphics card.

Hardware:
i7-3930K (Currently at stock clocks. Will overclock sooner or later)
ASUS Sabertooth X79
8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR-1600
ASUS GTX780
SAMSUNG 830 512GB SSD

Upload speed: 2mbps

OBS Settings:
Encoding
- Video Quality: 8
- Bitrate: 1700
- Audio Settings: AAC / 128

Video
- Resolution: 1920x1080
- Resolution Downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)
- FPS: 30
- Aero is not disabled, I've read somewhere there is basically no difference

Audio
I don't think audio setting make any difference

Advanced
- Multithreading Optimizations: Ticked
- Process Priority: Above normal / higher (Can't recall the exact name)
- x264 Preset: veryfast
- Rest is default

I appreciate any input! If you need to know anything else, let me know!

Thanks

Had this earlier as well, don't really know what is causing it, but it stopped for me as soon as I disabled W7 Aero theme.

Cool. I've seen the topic from Lange which basically showed that there would be no difference. But will try it later today and report back. Thanks for your input Derpy!
