Problem while streaming

I tired to stream a few days ago and when I zoom in with sniper the surrounding black area of the scope flickers a lot, this also happens when I use the boston basher or have jarate on me. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?

i think it has something to do with having an outdated hud.

It flickers for you or it flickers for those watching the stream? Or both?

Regardless, one thing that can cause flickering for those watching the stream is this: If you play in fullscreen, use dxtory/gamesource to capture your game, AND have a screen region layer over your game capture layer, it can cause that kind of flickering. Move the screen region to another scene if this is the case.
