As most of you know I do stuff for the Team Fortress liquipedia page and I was looking at the looking at the Counterstrike liquipedia page and saw that the player pages had a whole section on who MVPs of events and I thought I'd go on a little mission and do that for TF2 so I need help finding sources of people who were voted on (not opinions) of who was MVP of X event the only one i really found on here was I55 and RGL Season 18 LAN. I did find this thread about predicting who I69 MVP was going to be, i assume i'd have to watch the vod of i69 to find out who that was, or was this all just like a community thread to talk about who was the goat not like a award at the event? Like I said I'm looking for like a vote on it not opinions.
Anyways, any MVPs from a event that has a wiki page if you could drop'em in the thread with the source that would be greatly appreciated as I like to document history.
P.S. I went back and watched RGL Season 18 LAN for the MVP, and for the upcoming LAN please keep player cams for RGL LAN 2026 and have them show up on the hud @dolphin

I had a skim through VODs from some recent EU LANs where I know that prizes were given to MVPs, but had no success in getting evidence (beyond a list of names of who I personally recall being the official MVP).
- i71: This one was Thaigrr (I think), MVP got a signed TF2 Monopoly set and he was the one seen walking from the stage with the set at the end of the stream, but I never heard him actually being formally announced as the MVP in the VOD. Based on an earlier clip I found, this was determined by the casters for the final (Bum and Eepily).
- ÜBERFEST 2024: I think this was Voxtec, but I am less certain here. I remember being involved in a staff vote for the MVP and that the winner got some prize, but unfortunately the Youtube upload of the VOD cuts off before the ceremony where the award was given out so the evidence is lost to time. You can actually hear Jake doing part of this ceremony as the Youtube upload cuts to the credits. Could always confirm with voxi though as I am sure he would remember.
- ÜBERFEST 2025: Edited this because I found the VOD, it's uploaded in full on the main Kritzkast Youtube channel as opposed to the 6s channel where the 2024 games are. Fortunately this is the full stream VOD and doesn't cut after the final game. This MVP was Lukas
Not sure if there were any official prizes/votes for MVP of the poLANd.tf events, but if there were I don't remember being involved with them. Hope this helps somewhat, sorry I couldn't get evidence for these beyond my own memory and the memories of a few friends who also remember things happening as I do.
