Two days ago, I made this group as a dedicated place to collect information on Banning PUGs. So far we have had 5 run in the past two days, and there are already 275 members in the group! If you would like to join, just click that link to join the group and you will receive announcements we start, usually around 4pm EST, an another at 7pm EST, going on into the night.
Games are played as one 'half' of a full match (30 minute time limit on 5 CP, one round of PL, 3 rounds of KOTH.) Games can take as long as an hour between picking and banning weapons, but the more we play the faster the process is. There are players of all skill levels, from Steel to Plat, so everyone is welcome.
Thanks to l4wnflamingo for donating his mumble for us to use and ETF2L, especially Head Admin Canfo, for donating an NYC server for us to use.

I have a inhouse pug system and we had 3 pick/ban pugs going on, and it was great :)

Like giraffe said, 3-6 per team. We pick bans the same way we pick teams, 1-2-2-1, or however many bans we plan on doing.
Still to come are pugs where each player from each class picks one wep to allow.

You should get around to trying a nominate/vote system, I think it has a lot of potential.
