There's the gamebanana.com called 42_custom_crosshair, but there is really poor quality. When I change the crosshair in-game to "None" do I get it in good quality, but not at all the weapons. Is not that strange? Because I do not have that installed on my computer.
It may be possible to improve the quality?
Had been very happy if someone can find it for me because it's the right crosshair I'm happy with!

the problem with that is that particular one only turns up on certain weapons/classes, not on everything

it's the default crosshair setting - in tf2 each weapon has its own default crosshair, that's why it's different
