Via HLDS:

Valve- Bug fixes to Steam Datagram Relay (SDR) support. This is currently in limited testing. We will have more info about this when it rolls out more broadly.

Rumor has it:

- As described above, a fair bit of Steam Datagram system piping has been buried into the game, including the "sdr" console command suite from Dota 2
- The system is currently actively used in both Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive for connections to Valve's server infrastructure, and is also available for 3rd-party game developers to implement too
- If you're itching to read a practical description of the key benefits of the Steam Datagram relay system in the meantime, see the "Improved Networking" section on the day 3 page of the Dota 2 Reborn reveal, or for a much more recent as well as technical write-up on its benefits (including if you're a 3rd-party game developer who might want to implement it in your own games), see the Steamworks Documentation page

- There's also an assortment of new and updated translations, which are made possible through the collective efforts of many Translators Like You - Thank You

SDR is the anti-ddos solution that Valve uses for their official servers. Fletcher Dunn did an interesting talk about it a few years ago at GDC, well worth the watch if you are interested in network programming at all.
