I got this really strange problem where it appears that max players on any server is 1 and most servers show ip instead of name. When I try to join some server it can be either the game crashes (most common) or "bad spectator password".

I have no clue what the cause is, I just quit the game after playing scrims normally yesterday and tried to play again today. Does anyone know how to fix this or why it happens?
