I'm setting up a server for my team and when I go to download the .zip files for F2's SourceMod plugins like LogsTF, RecordSTV, etc. the zip files don't download at all. I tried it on both the tftv page and F2's github but nothing is downloaded when I click their respective buttons.
EDIT: Had to right click and hit "Save link as."

is this an issue with you being unable to download files from github?
or is it an issue with setting stuff up with an FTP client?

It's me straight up not being able to download the files. I've already uploaded maps and stuff with an FTP client, my issue is just that I literally cannot download the files from the GitHub. Like I click the download button and the webpage loads something for a tenth of a second but a download never cues.
