min viewmodel not working on certain wep slots

trying to record clips from a demo and use min viewmodels, but my sticky launcher is a big fat regular viewmodel and idk why, can anyone help?

IDK if this is your problem or not, but sometimes if you're watching POV demos some settings from the player whose demo your watching will override yours, like crosshair and viewmodel settings and some keybinds as well, I believe. (This could be an issue even if you're watching your own POV.) e.g. you normally have viewmodels turned off for your primary on soldier, so even if you did "r_drawviewmodel 1" while watching the demo, every time you hit the key to switch to your primary it would turn your viewmodels off since you have that key also bound to "r_drawviewmodel 0".

After you load into the demo, check to make sure whatever key is bound to switch to the sticky launcher doesn't have "tf_use_min_viewmodels 0" bound to it as well.
