if you're using notebook try switching from igpu to dedicated gpu (or vise versa)
if desktop, are you in any case trying to capture secondary monitor connected to igpu?
if neither of the above post your specs and obs log

im using a laptop. How do I switch frmo igpu to dedicated? I cant find it in the settings. Ill post the logs.
