So after watching lots of streamers, I notice a lot of people actually have the imgur links already show the picture on the forums, instead of having to click the link and load the picture? I was wondering how to do this, also sorry for horrible explanation, couldn't figure out how to word this one.

If you mean on teamfortress.tv, there's a setting in http://www.teamfortress.tv/settings titled Image Embedding and all you have to do is enable that.
