FPS drops while closing chat

Hi, yesterday I've noticed weird thing, after I play TF2 for some time, every single time I close in game chat my FPS significantly drops witch causes annoying lag.

Running on 1920x900, dxlevel 95, fullscreen
Newest drivers installed.

Thanks a lot for any ideas.
