rezgarcapnfapndont work out ur arms. it will make ur sens feel different. what matters to u? gains or GAMES? Games. yeah, thats what i thought. Is this really true? I've always felt like my aim has been a bit off on the days I've been doing tricepts/biceps workouts.

It probably is true if you plan to game like right after working out. I remember I would sometimes workout my upper body then go try to shoot some hoops. Lots of airballs because you're muscles just feel hard to control after a hard upper body workout.

Well you can get two distinct kinds of soreness - the soreness/stiffness that comes after physical activity is caused by acid burning your muscle - cramping is a different thing entirely and I assume you know the difference. If it's the case that you're now more likely to cramp up (which can happen when people first start a regimen) you need more potassium you can get it pretty easily by consuming: bananas, kiwis, or the skin of a potato (just make mashed potatoes but leave the skins in).

If it's just regular soreness stretching and moving in general will help loosen things up and *eventually* the soreness will go away as your body acclimates to the work out schedule.

If your pain is extreme, and you have no reason to endure that - you need to back off a bit or you could potentially end up with some array of injury. I gave myself a hip flexor some years ago and it took *forever* (3 months) for it to go away because I was massively overdoing it on the leg work outs.

When working out you would think you're building your muscle up since you get bigger from it. What you're really doing though is breaking down your muscle fibers so the body can re-grow them bigger and stronger. That's why if you've ever read that rest and off days are just as important as lift days, it's true. If all you do is arms everyday you're going to stunt the growth and injure yourself. Best way to deal with the soreness is to supplement to speed up recovery and get proper rest on that body part. It'll get easier to manage the longer you go. That's why steroids are so popular because it helps the recovery process speed up so much.
