My in game steam hasn't been working for a few weeks and it's getting pretty annoying. If anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it that would be great. Thanks

Have you checked to see if you have it enabled in settings? Make sure it is enabled under Settings > In-game > Enable Steam Community in-game

Yeah I checked that before. Its definitely enabled.

Why would you want it on? It uses up precious memory, and pops up with annoying notifications.

Personally i like it. And its a lot easier than Alt+tabbing everytime i want to message someone.
