When ever i use mumble and play tf2 my shots dont react for the first time.

Ex:

when I do roll outs if I walk for a few seconds and try to jump my rocket dose not fire and i have to click again.

This issue keeps messing me up when I rocket jump and I have to click before I jump or shoot. It gets really annoying and I was wondering if anyone has had this issue or if there is a fix to it.

Same thing happens to me. Don't have a fix, but just to clarify, it's just the very first shot after starting tf2. After that, it's fine.

Try disabling the overlay and see if that helps.

check your DPC latency with and without mumble

There's also a program called LatencyMon that shows more detailed information.
