Currently i have this HUD for tf2 called 'PvHud". I wanted to uninstall and from my research, apparently I have to delete the "scripts" folder and the "resource" folder in the "tf" directory. I did exactly that, and when I try re-booting my tf2, it just crashes and there is no new "resource" and "scripts" folder. It says that there should be but mine isn't. I've tried backing up my tf2 files, and it still doesn't work. Someone please help... D:

After the steampipe update all HUDs get installed in /tf/custom so I would look there for what to delete. Also, when you say you tried backing up your tf2 files, did you try verifying your game chache?
