Hey everyone.
Im trying to put a custom damage sound that I found online.
I can't get it to play, no matter what I do. I've checked pretty much every posts, but can't seem to get it to work.
Could anyone help?
Thanks

the file structure should be

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\customHUDandSOUND\sound\ui\hitsound.wav

By customHUDandSOUND do you mean my HUD file? Or am I to create the folders?

you need to create the files on your own, but you can name the "customHUDandSOUND" file anything you want

So as of now I've tried:
- putting hitsound in my sound folder of the HUD
- Creating a sound/ui/ in custom and putting the hitsound file
- Regrouping sound file and hud file in one file

Nothing's worked so far :(

I got it to work. Thanks everyone :)
