hi so this monitor under information has the resolution and stuff, but what i'm assuming is the refresh rate says H:56hkz and V:60hz so what does that mean

also i can change the refresh rate to 75, should i do that or leave it at 60

I overclocked my old monitor to 75hz without it glitching out, but it definitely doesnt work on all monitors and might overheat or screw it up somehow

Horizontal refresh rate is not lower than vertical. It's nearly a thousand times higher usually. In your scenario, the horizontal refresh is 56,000 (hence khz) while the vertical refresh is 60.
