Pretty good season premiere. Looking forward to more Tyreese, Michonne seems more likable, Beth is all hardened to the world now, alcoholic D'Angelo Barksdale could be interesting.
The idea of the prison being plagued by some non-zombie related illness is interesting (I'm assuming that's where they're headed).
The show has always had a lot of potential that it's struggled to live up to in the past, so we'll see how the season shapes up. The current showrunner has worked on some of the show's better episodes, so I hope he sticks around.

but a few things i noticed were that beth is a total hard ass now (unlike before) and it seems like carl has softened up a little bit (also unlike last season). also i read somewhere that morgan jones is supposed to make a return this season which makes me super excited, i always wanted to see more of him and his story from the 1st season.

Glenn will be around for quite a while. He was killed off very recently in the books, but that's very far from where the show is now, plus the books and show are very different (they did that on purpose so the people who read it don't have all the spoilers). Hell Glenn may not even die at all.
