Ok, so i changed chat font on tf2 with the font called "tf2secondary" It's deafault tf2 font. So i see the chat, i can read but the text is not soo good looking. I want to see it like this: http://prntscr.com/1v4h4h (sorry for quality it's taken from youtube video) But i see it like that but it's not smooth, it's a little bit sharper. So is there anyway that i can see it better? My resolution is 1920x1280.

Oh come on, this is hilariously minor.
Especially since he could just switch back to the default font.
I guess it could be a directx problem, the same thing happens with some HUDs that replace fonts IIRC.

tf2 secondary isnt a very good font for much. check if the font has antialias set to 1?
alternatively you could try another font. :)
