So today I tried to install a webcam program into my computer. When I had put in the disc into my cd drive nothing came up. I checked the control panel and this error came up:

I tried enabling and disabling, re plugging the SATA cord, updating drivers but nothing is happening. Can anyone help?

try completely removing and reinstalling the drivers
