I have this and my any game I play online is awful. Everything is delayed and playing TF2 is god awful. I can't have direct ethernet cable connection to the router so I need advice on what I should get that will let me be able to play TF2 without bad ping or lag.

If you have coax in your room just get one of these:
http://www.amazon.com/Actiontec-Ethernet-Adapter-Service-ECB2500CK01/dp/B008EQ4BQG/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1379205858&sr=8-1-spell&keywords=actiontek+coax+to+ethernet

I'm using one right now and it works perfectly. The only problem is that its kinda expensive :/
