Stuttering while streaming

So I recently decided to start streaming and it's going okay. But I have one problem.

I seem to get a consistent 190-230FPS while streaming, and I've noticed other streamers getting the same FPS but when I'm playing my screen stutters a bit and I can feel a little lag in how fast my mouse moves compared to normal.

So if I'm getting such a high FPS, why would I still feel those spikes? Also, I get pretty much the same FPS while not streaming.

Can you list your system specs? I feel like most people feel the same tug/microlag/non-optimal performance whatever you call it when streaming. Most streamers just deal with it unless you want to just spend the money and upgrade your rig. It's also the reason why a lot of Invite players do not want to stream scrims.

If there is any chance you could overclock your CPU, I'd give it a try (in most cases it improves overall performance especially while streaming).

If you have aero on, try turning it off when streaming. I personally have significant performance loss and input lag when streaming source engine games with aero enabled.

Also just having aero on while running the game in windowed mode, borderless or not, can give you a pretty big performance loss
