I just opened up my computer, and I recently updated my graphics drivers and everything was alright. Then I can't open up tf2, and I check my device manager and where my graphics are and in "general", this is here

I can't open up tf2 at all.
Also, my 1366x768 monitor is stuck at 1024x768. Help help help. :(
