separate forum section for frag videos

I like watching all the frag videos made by the wonderful people of the community. I think there should be a section in which we can go back to and find the good frag videos and clips instead of having them float in general discussion. This would also allow people to critique on other peoples frag videos and clips.

edit: I think there should be a video editing forum, or at least in the same section allow everything movie related, from video editing guides to fragmovies
