It is a stupid article containing buzzwords and blatantly "aggravating" rethoric paired with half-truths, misinformation, conspiracy theories and stupid shit that the author probably made up while while checking the water supplies in his nuke-proof bunker.

Wait, this is on vice, that whole website is built around those things. Why do you think someone would think about that?

Is the memo false then? I mean I understand how people create misinformation day by day, but some of this information has been well known way before this article.

I know it's from a website which uses keywords and such to rile people up, but I guess I was just trying to know if this intrigued anyone else. Yes, it's all speculation, but doesn't it make you wonder? It's pretty scary stuff in my mind.

You may find out that the entire article doesn't even say a lot about the content of that "memo", which the famous and knowledgable Greg Palast "got his hands on". There is in fact close to nothing in this entire work that deserves to be called information.
If you really wanted to learn something about the financial crisis, I'm sure you could find plenty resources online. That don't have headlines like "Activists Are Trying to Save the World's Fish from Mafia Bastards" and "How to Make Faeces Wine".

Seriously, go play tf2 instead.
