Looking as pocket/demo

I enjoy main-calling and I never had the opportunity to do so as scout. I'm fine with playing in either open or IM and I'm mainly concerned with the attitude of the team. I've never played on the same team for more than one season. So the goal for this season is to find a team that is committed to improvement and are fun to hang around with outside of scrims and matches.

I have three seasons of demo experience once upon a time and am very familiar with rollouts and positioning.

I have absolutely no league experience as pocket and have only played soldier in lobbies/pugs/and MGE. That being said, I feel like I have pretty competent soldier DM and (given the right team) I could improve very quickly and be a good main-caller for the team.

I love trying out for teams and meeting new players. Just shoot me a message we can figure out a good day to tryout.

During the S11 season I played w/ Vortex on Swag Pantalones. When my team first moved to pick him up, we only knew that we were getting a chill, deep voiced, talented scout; which in no way prepared us for the sheer devastation he dealt out on the battlefield. Seriously, go back and review any of the stat pages, Vortex topfragged, bottom deathed, and damage putted consistently on monstrous levels.

Vortex is one of those people who won't stop until he is the best. Every time I brought an issue up to him that I felt he could improve on, he improved it within a scrim. If I ever had doubts about his dm during a scrim / match, he'd be in MGE / dmmod almost immediately after toning his muscle memory and working on his track aiming. Of course, vortex isn't only a dm god, he carries all this in game as I pointed out before.

While I've never played with or against vortex as pocket or scout, rest assured that his dm is up to snuff. While I can only attest to his charge and targe prowess (or lack thereof) when it comes to demo, I can assure you that his pipe and rocket aim is quite strong from his long hours in mge / quake live (he's never beat me in a duel in the latter, don't believe his lies). While I would recommend him 500x more as a scout pickup, if his heart is truly set on playing solly / demo he will do well.

Anyways, it's been a long time buddy, here's to the future, and no matter where it brings us, I hope we'll one day be on the same team again.
