Dude just quit it already. The area is completely sealed off by clipbrushes and killtriggers, and it is NOT possible to get there without noclip or hurtme -999999 to get through the killtriggers.
....unless you found some magical way to fly through clipbrushes of course, which I strongly doubt.

well i managed to place a teleporter there with a wrangler rj but then.. yea you need hurme -999999 to do it :/ i were just a little mad over that you could stil build there.. <|8O)

Well, of course you can. Why would they spend time filling the roof with nobuild brushes when they can just extend the giant clipbrush at the stairs preventing you from going there in the first place? :D
