You can't really stop people from parking the bus unless you bring some changes to the game.

The obvious reason behind entering it through console is that you want to change it only to play MM for a while.

Choose one:

Removing -dxlevel from launch options doesn't change it. You can enter mat_dxlevel 90 in console every time you want to play MM. It will reset it to your previous value after you restart the game.

I start feeling bad for NaVi. They're risking losing 0-2 in the second major final in a row.

Then I guess mat_bumpmap doesn't matter 'cause I'm getting the same result with it set to 0.
