The real thing could be more desired, but to be honest machines will be able to do it better and cheaper. Which shirt would you buy, a $150 designer hand made piece or a $10 machine made one that looks just as good and will last a third to half as long before breaking? Overwhelmingly these days people will buy the cheaper ones as long as they look okay.

I say this as a 'special snowflake' myself, and most/all of the things I do create are mishmashs of other peoples' techniques and ideas, just put towards making a particular point or highlighting a particular theme. I'm sure we're all familiar with the concept that nothing is original -- I don't flatter myself that the things I make are anything more than a product of my inputs.

Well not subtract exactly, use pythagoras obviously but yeah

AoshimaPosting here again, since I've been experimenting with my sens a little.

At the moment I'm running 9.2 inches per 360. 4 sens, 450 dpi, raw input on all my games.

For a while I was running 18 inches per 360, which gave me very stable hitscan aim and decent flicks, but I wasn't able to turn fast enough to avoid getting shot in the butt by scouts.

My main class in TF2 is soldier, typically roamer, but I also play a lot of Quake Live, so I can play most classes reasonably.

How did you find rocketjumping at that low sens? I just got a qck+ mousemat so I could deccrease my sens, halved it to 22 inch/360 and it's great for every class except soldier, as which I keep hitting the edge of the mousemat while trying to rj :(

Should probably just pick somewhere in the middle but I really love being able to actually aim, for example, the xbow

Personally I think that you taking a cut at least early on would be fair but it might put you in legal strife (?) and probably sets a bad precedent.

Hmm no I don't think their 2g phone internet really sets them up for competitive gaming

Anyway yeah basically this is cool and maybe could be done officially by each league and/or tied in to i52/55 etc

I know in Australia each season ends with the best players in the top div on each class voted for and announced as "all-Australians" so people like bowt, yuki, termo, povohat, bulk, sheep etc already have that recognition, maybe similar stuff could be done in each league

This should be done officially, not half-assed
Also should be lists for other classes because some of them, especially sniper, are played a lot.
eg sniper: sheep, justin, clockwork etc
pyro: enigma
Spy: harbleu ;)

And yeah sheep is a scout, there is an invite soldier called that or sheepy or something but that's not who we're talking about
