I get about 200 in fights and 400+ out of fights. When I switch to my normal config for competitive play I rarely drop below 500.

I´ve always felt like a game with this type of movement ,messing around with aircontrol or with classes speed its a horrible thing to do.
The scout stock class speed its already pushing the limits of the movement speeds, yet it has a weapon that allows him to move at 520 hu..
Giving medics random speed depending on the class they´re healing its a bad thing not to mention scout class speed.

And now starting to mess around with aircontrol ? I think the classes speed need to be more respected and not just changed in order to try an overall balance

Also the Medic buff where he runs as fast as a Scout should be reverted it's retarded.
medic running at scout speed made medic interesting and more fun to play imo

also that list has way too many bans

its great for stalemates when medics are way harder to kill
everyone knows stalemates make the game way more interesting ...

use this and change your graphic setting to whatever you want, if you want fps start by disabling blur and hdr and change your settings to low

idk which script you have but its possibly coded into that
i remember using r_drawviewmodel 0 with viewmodel_fov >0 gave you tracers back in the day
and using r_drawviewmodel 0 with viewmodel_fov 0 removed them

you can have ppl entering your listen server if you port forward correctly for that (i guess you already have that one covered)
im guessing you have something in your dedicated server cfg with the wrong value? maybe sv_lan ? or you port forwarded incorrectly for that (not sure if it uses different ports than the listen one)
try a different tutorial theres a bunch, i remember using a one click tool that created the server and updated sourcemod and metamod on his own
