Wouldn't it be possible to have a custom scripts/game_sounds_manifest.txt with the following content?

(so it doesn't preload/precache' any sound definitions file which sets up any ingame audio files)

I don't have any demos with people talking in it to test, but in theory creating the manifest file above and putting it in /custom/nosounds/scripts/ could work.

This 'trick' to get rid of sounds does not work on non-community servers with sv_pure > 0, because the game_sounds .txt files are marked as trusted_source.

So that's upscaled from 720p to 1440p and doubled the frame-rate, impressive!

Rip the crosshair flicker and occasional issue with killfeed, but insane that this was even possible!

TFTrue downloads a new whitelist file every time the command tftrue_whitelist_id is executed and reparses it entirely anyway, there is no built in check for the latest available items_game.txt hash to prevent redownloading or reparsing of whitelists already available on disk.

I"ll look in to that, however TFTrue will most likely still parse that + items_game.txt and change/add based on the hats/cosmetic enabled settings.

afaik there is/was some thread(ed) or queue convar that makes your game unstable after random amounts of time.

So this AI smoothing is better than butterflow, or at least with a better result over speed?

Apparently doesn't take too long on a GTX970 with the aforementioned tool, it just doesn't have audio, so that's easily fixed with mkvtoolnix/ffmpeg cli

Ran a 60fps one, also doing a 120fps one for comparison, if arie gets permission from cube and shares his file could use ffmpeg to tile them so you can compare side by side.

Update: The 60fps one is fine, the 120fps has a super jittery crosshair on movement, the slomo SFMs look super good though
