So much stuff gets taken for granted in this community. Server owners, site admins, team leaders, tftv writers, excellent production staff... i don't really know anyone, but if you are or were involved in making any of the following things usable you're a fucking godsend:
logs.tf, demos.tf, serveme.tf, newbie mixes, faceit, playcomp.tf, and even some of the stuff with a less than stellar reputation like r/truetf2, UGC, and of course everyone's favorite infallible ESEA. I'm gonna stop there cuz I'm sure it's all been mentioned earlier in the thread but almost none of these things so many of us use on a regular basis were made for profit of any kind, except for fulfilling a love for either the game or the community around it. This scene has advanced so far beyond what it should have been able to given the circumstances. TF2 competitive is pretty much the gaming community's version of the Chanukah story, except the flame might never go out. Thanks for keeping the fun alive.
Personally, it's the people who have stepped in last minute and basically saved my teams the last few seasons. Mallory saved my bacon like 8 times back in s25, and Jojo "subbed" by playing pretty much every game for us in s26 and has still been stepping in when we need him this season. Jojo, Keearns, Panda, Coffin, Spacey, and guac are all Boss Dudes and it's because of them the last two seasons have been my most fun so far. Also loot, I wish we could have subbed you in more frequently, you're pretty great. I don't know how how i could possibly thank all of you the way you deserve so here's a dumb forum post love ya!
edit: i forgot hyce, who both is a chill broh in his own right and also let us use his server through s26, and i'd like to apologize to all the pugs we ended since we needed the server for scrims
