Check your cpu and make sure it isn't overheating.

I was getting 200 fps and then randomly I was getting 30ish. I checked my cpu temperature and it was idling at 80 Celsius. My fan went out on it, I replaced that and it was back to 200 fps

I was watching Dota Fortress from ToTH 2014 and apparently Shade had talked about doing this back in 2014. That's really cool that it ended up happening even if Shade wasn't the one to officially host it.

I noticed recently that my cpu was only clocking at 2 ghz instead of the 4 it is supposed to have. I've tried trouble shooting and trying different fixes. Would you perhaps know what could be causing that?

Mainly for TF2 And being able to stream. I don't really play any other graphic intensive games. I've been getting around 60 fps which may be in part because I have an AMD cpu but my graphics card (radeon 7850) is pretty bad as well.

The label text from the hudlayout.res is showing up instead of the crosshair.

Just the main menu background is making me want to use this hud.

Also I think you forgot to include the crosshair.png for whayay's crosshair unless I'm a big dum dum and am blind.
