#5 Mouse acting up in Hardware

When I was trying to clean off the sensor like icTus said, I noticed that it made the windows sound, I continued to lift up and down the mouse and it would continue to do so. I'm guessing that's probably because of the wire like you both said :C. I guess i might have to look into a new mouse. I been thinking about deathadder for the past few years, I don't have to use the Razer Synapse 2.0 program do I? I really just want to be able to put the mouse in and play immediately without problems.

icTusTry cleaning the gunk on the laser, maybe something broke? Most likely the wire. That's all I got for ya. It happens with my G5 and it's most likely a wire problem

I actually clean up the gunk daily under my mouse, but never really went as deep into the center, I'll try that. I don't know about the wire, but I do know that whenever my mouse would stop randomly and come back, the windows sound for like a device connecting comes up.

#1 Mouse acting up in Hardware

Lately the past few days, my mouse has been acting up. It's not a gamer mouse like a deathadder or zowie, just a regular house mouse that's probably 800DPI.

Pretty much what happens is, randomly it would stop completely and then a few seconds later let me use/control it again. This happens when I'm on the desktop/browsing and in any game(happened continously in Dota 2 though). I been using this mouse for about 3 years now and it's always done good, don't know why it would randomly choose now to act up. If it helps, I also use the TF2 mousepad: http://www.amazon.com/TeamFortress-2-Lineup-BattleMat-Mousepad/dp/B001D3WXGM
As someone suggested before it may have to do something with the colors and the sensor?
Things I tried so far is taking out the USB and blowing into it, putting it into different ports, and restarting computer. It also says the drivers are already updated to it's best.

If you need any other info feel free to ask, thanks for any help and advice, Have a good day!
EDIT: This is the mouse I use: http://www.gigaweb.com/products/view/70945

#115 Dear TF2 Community in TF2 General Discussion
ArxYawnySo you're mad at TFTV because they were quicker to the punch
Wrong. We wrote our own proposal and secured the contract. That's not what this is about at all. I'm mad because TF.TV should be focused on how to make this event epic, which should have started with working with Vanilla TV instead of trying to discard Vanilla TV.

Why do you think they wanted to take the spot? To make it epic of course, they don't /have/ to work with VTV unless they wish too, they just wish to try to care of things for once. You make it sound like we're doing bad or doing wrong this way.

#86 Dear TF2 Community in TF2 General Discussion

What Sal said, this is stupid. All TF.TV wanted was to work hard and try to get the spot. An NA, EU, and AU team will be there to help represent TF2 for their nation, and this gives us once again, another chance to make TF2 more public and noticeable. TBH when people hear "TeamFortress.TV" I think they'll think it's the main organization for TF2, the one centralizing place for it. While when some think "VanillaTV" they'll be like, it his a cooking game? But yes, both groups CAN work together, and make a great show for everyone, and as you say, VTV always gets the spot, but why not for once let TF.TV try it? Let them in the spotlight and see what they can do, with the help of course from VTV working together. We may be putting on a great show, but let's try to help competitive TF2 out by getting more players by possibly changing something.

As promised in our last update, we've marked all arenas as available for Standard matches. Start a Match users may need to refresh the page if you aren't able to select all arenas. Have a great weekend!

I just noticed this lol, pretty much all the maps are available now.

#21 CPMA in TF2 General Discussion

So we're not gonna use the same TF.TV quake group? Wow okay :C
Honestly it's better if we unify the groups, anyone can play either QL or CPMA, so when we have announcements and events, for either, you can choose what you want to play at the time and etc.
Also, too many groups to join everytime someone wants to start a new thing X_X

#12 CEVO - HL Signups Whitelist & Maplist in TF2 General Discussion

By incredibly outplayed, do you mean the demoknight was able to use a script very well?
I thing it's a justifiable ban as many do abuse the script, and that Valve intended to make it a go only straight. Also they may have banned it just because it gives crits and can pretty much one hit with the eyelander/etc. There's also resistance.

#4 CPMA in TF2 General Discussion

We have an old TF2 CPMAers group that we used back since natf2 that magus made, I haven't seen him in a while. Possibly we could make a TF.TV CPMA group ORRRRRRR we can use the TF.TV Quake group in general.

I believe conn meant it for QL, but it does just say Quake so it should mean any of the quakes. We've lately been playing QL and having fun, but quite a few of us actually do play CPMA. Also meb plays CPMA alot too, so maybe he could organize some things. The mumble info is on that group page, I made channels for QL and CPMA to keep it organized, feel free to use!

#41 NEW BBALL IDEA :D in TF2 General Discussion

I honestly wanted to help him out and everything, but he then went on to doing his own things and I just gave up. "I got it dude, it's part of my plan"- he said. He rushed into it and didn't prepare :X.

Connhttp://steamcommunity.com/groups/teamfortresstvquake

I made a public group, I guess we can post ideas here for what we'll do with it.
Also I don't know how we should manage group admins.

People who play it alot or have good experience with it? I usually play it alot and always wanted more TF2ers to play so it'd be cool. Also you can use the mumble info on the group too:

I have a mumble for this stuff too so no one has to invade private/team mumbles. It's pretty much for CSGO, SC2, and QL/CPMA.

It's also for the TF2 bball tournament that's coming up!
