NVIDIA LOD TWEAK NEED HELP PLS pls

hey guys so i wanted to try the nvidia LOD tweak and i followed all steps in this thread, but i couldnt find the"Texture filtering - LOD bias" and some other thing miss too :(
here is how my nvidia looks like

apparently you are missing settings file that has a LOD option

here are my files from the working instance of nvidia inspector (1.9.7.3)
custom settings file
pre-configured profile for TF2 that has lowest possible LOD (import with the green arrow button)

drop both in your inspector folder, open profile settings and import the profile, should be good

The method from that etf2l thread is old i assume? Since it didn't work for me either. http://www.teamfortress.tv/35876/get-quake-like-textures-high-lod-bias-again this however did work for me. Just follow the steps and you should be good to go.
