hi guys my lawenas not making tgas. i tried setting my movie folder to the teamfortress2/tf folder, then the teamfortress 2/tgas folder and then a separate folder outside of teamfortress 2 but on the same hard drive and none seem to work. When i press P during a demo in lawena it slows the game down a little but not as much as i remember it when i recorded demos before in lawena.

Hope you guys can help. also for some reason it shows the health and capture points at the bottom in the hud even though ive set it to killnotices only. any idea why? thanks

atm i think it all needs to be inside the tf folder
you can use the avirecorder tool to immediately convert and delete the tgas though

yeah, the movie folder HAS to be inside the /tf directory. Your game WILL slow down when recording. Use VDub to convert that to avi, and then encode it in adobe (or anything else really). You don't *need* to set a movie folder, I left mine blank and it defaulted to tf folder.
