help editing a font

i wasn't too sure where to make this post but i need help editing the kerning of a font

i've tried using a text editor but it's very unstable and crashes almost instantly
if someone would like to help it'd be greatly appreciated i could even pay for the commission if you wanted

Posting "Sent you a PM with the solution" in a public forum is the only thing I can imagine that could justify the death penalty.

which one? there's a bunch, if one doesn't work you can try another
fontforge is my go-to with birdfont as a backup (both free), but if you just want to adjust kerning / glyph sizes pretty much anything will do it fine
