aside from some of the bugs and the cheaters it's honestly gotten a lot better
the h1z2 patch fixed a lot of issues people had, adding skin loadouts, revamping the engine, enlarging the map, adding more performance customization options, more crosshair options, keybinds for healing items, auto-skinning of picked up items, more server regions so you don't get in a game with 170 ping asians, and they went through and banned a ton of cheaters that would queue in na solos and 5s
teaming in solos is still really bad, but they've made it so where only one person can be in a car at a time in solos, 2 in duos, and 5 of-course in 5s, so that's helped bring it down quite a bit
