Strategies for pushing pl_Swiftwater's 3rd point

My Competitive Team Fortress Two Team in the UGC League Gold Highlander Division is having considerable difficulty pushing the third point on this map, despite having an extensive knowledge of the map layout and having several seasons of experience playing the map.

From past seasons where this map was played, it appears that teams who practice frequently are able to consistently capture this point easier than Swiftwater's neighboring points, but less practiced teams frequently find the same area almost impossible to push. This pattern leads me to believe that there is a specific yet unintuitive strategy which, when run according to plan, has a very high success rate in attacking this point.

Does anyone on this Competitive Team Fortress 2 Forum have any theories or ideas about what is necessary for a successful push into Swiftwater third?

What is the point on commenting when you have nothing to contribute by commenting.

The question seems legitimate but the way it's worded makes me think this is a shitpost in disguise.

even ubers: bring your sniper and heals to the top left building and work picks. once you get a pick, exchange ubers from bottom left with pressure from other players on your team from other entrances. you can also walk in the right building (tiles) or go main (it's easier to get the force from tiles though), and just exchange ubers right away instead of waiting for a pick. the decision to wait for a pick depends on how much time you have left. if you have a lot of time left to push, just wait for a pick. during every trade on this point, you should be getting cap time with your engi, scout, or spy. it's ideal to have your spy, though, sap the gun during the uber exchange (people on your team should make sure they're ready to shoot it when it's capped) so you can repush after ubers are faded. it is payload, so once ubers and the sentry are out of the way, you can keep on dry pushing as a team; you spawn faster (with a tele), so you should take the fight very aggressively into their spawn while getting cap time. there are many more things you can do during even ubers as a "strat" but you most definitely want to abuse the fact that you can keep on repushing to get cap time on this point.

uber ad: this situation will most likely occur when the other team is not setup, so just flood main aggressively to lock them in the spawn while getting cap time. even if they are setup, the same thing works.

one really big thing is remembering that there are like five different routes to attack with on this point, and that because of this it's different than every other point.

for all intents and purposes red actually has no way out, you're attacking them from all angles and they're cornered. having red pull out or back up literally means having them run back into spawn.

there's a balcony which makes a great spam angle, there's a sniper window, your combo can push through the building that leads onto red's balcony, and your engie and scout should be pushing the cart that whole time.
