Looking for S22 as med (mid+ open only please), pocket, or scout (lower/mid open is fine). I'm looking for a stable, positive, mature team that wants to improve and have fun.
I want to shake things up this season and play a fragging class. I've been scrimming pocket in the offseason and I've enjoyed it a lot, though there is still plenty to improve before its at the level of my medic play. My biggest weaknesses are DM and not picking dumb fights, and the best part of my play is my maincalling. This class will need work but I'm willing to put in the effort.
Scout is fun but needs... more work than my pocket, though my scout dm is better than my soldier dm.
On medic, I want to see that your team is going somewhere. Playoffs don't matter to me as much as improvement and a good attitude, but I also expect most of your players to know what they are doing. I've plateaued at mid open for a while now and I will want to make the leap to high open/IM on your team over the season.
If I'm on pocket I'll want to maincall. If I'm on med, it depends.

Red is a great person with a great attitude. She continues to improve and get better (which she has been for at least the 2 seasons I have played with her,) and wants to work with her team. All she needs now is a team that is also willing to grow and improve!

Watched some demos of Redshirt, she could probably play on a decent mid open (playoff bubble team) this season, especially if she puts work into the game.

scrimmed with her a few times last season. She has very good gamesense and clear comms. Also a very chill person outside of tf2. Very good pickup for any-mid open team.

Redshirt has improved a ton since I first met her over a year ago. She is super devoted and has improved greatly since I've first met her. When I've done demo reviews with her, she actively listens and asks questions and attempts to focus on improving specific aspects of her play. In addition, she is super friendly and nice to everyone. I would love to see her on an open playoff bubble team. I think she would do well, and given her attitude, would work very hard at growing and improving with her team. Please give her a shot!

I've known Redshirt for a little while now. She's reaaally nice and committed to getting better. I talk to her often, and she's always interested in analyzing and talking about the game. She would do well on a mid open team looking to stick around and get better together.
