I added you on steam so we can talk - this isn't something we normally do but I'll see what specifically happened and see if I can do anything. I'm also clarifying policy right now with overlord geel so you can get an official response. For future reference posting in the saloon thread will get a quicker response since I'm assured to see it, and filing a support ticket on saloon would probably be even better as it's easier to document and we try to respond quickly.
