tf2 randomly freezes for 1

idk I have been having this problem for about 1 - 2 weeks, I just ignored it but I notice it only happens when a player dies right next to me or I die and it is getting quite annoying.

EDIT: I think it started happening after i got windows 10 which was month ago

have you tried to find whats causing it? ive been getting severe freezing also ever since my upgrade to windows 10, and in net_graph its just my choke rising to figures around 10-20. im thinking i just need to dust it.

I tried but I still dont know what causes it

Also experiencing this, after recently updating from windows 8 to windows 10 but no sign of whats actually causing it.

This happens to me when I'm at school my school internet

When ever it happens I get massive choke. on my net_graph and my game doesn't unfreeze until my choke goes down. I haven't found a solution to it yet unfortunatly
